MONDAY CIRCUIT TRAINING AT SACRED HEART SCHOOL (N20 9JU)
6.45 - 8pm. Circuit training for all ages (10 and upwards). This will provide general contitioning for all sport activities to improve core stability streangth, speed and flexibility.
TUESDAY TRACK AND FIELD AT COPTHALL STADIUM ( NW4 1PS )
6.00 - 8.00pm. The club's main Track and Field training session is based at Copthall Stadium. The sessions are organised by Coaching Coordinator Steve Harris. The club's coaching staff take groups of athletes aged 11 and over for formal instruction in the techniques of the various track and field events. Jo Kent takes athletes aged 11 + for track middle distance training at 6pm and all other sessions will also start at 6pm for up to 16 year olds until May 2013 due to the on-going refurbishment at the stadium.
Ty Holden's sprint group will though continue to meet at 7pm

6.30pm A mixture of plyometrics and weights for power, core stability and general conditioning for all athletic events. Based at the Club House, Victoria Road, New Barnet. Organised by Ty Holden on 07737 803260
6 – 7.00pm at Oak Hill Park as a BEGINNERS session – for those new to running.

6.45 - 8pm. This session caters for Senior athletes and the older young athletes. it consists of groups of varying ability, going for road or country runs of from 3 miles to 8 miles. Newcomers are put with an experienced club member at first to ensure that they become familiar with the routes and are able to become accustomed to the routine gradually.
6.45 - 8.15pm. Sessions are for any athletes (aged 11 and over) wishing to focus on events from 400m through to 5k. They are designed to complement existing sessions on Tuesday and Saturdays. Please contact Ty Holden on 077378032603

11am. Training sessions for all ages (over 12 years) focusing on Jumps and Sprint technique led by coach Ty Holden (07737803260 )
Other sessions are organised by the coaches (and by athletes) on an individual or group basis.
