Richmond Half Marathon 16th May

I had a little bit left in the legs this morning (after the National Masters Relays at Sutton Park yesterday) but I suffered over the last 3 miles. It is 5 seconds faster than Málaga 5 weeks ago (consistent?) and one of my better age-graded results.

National Masters Road Relay Championships. Sutton Park, Birmingham 15th May

Hot off the press - a winning result at the National Masters Relays at Sutton Park for our Over 60 Men. An excellent result and with Des Michael leading the way with the fatest overall time.

Men Team

1st Barnet & DIstrict AC

A new course and a whole host of hills made for a tough 10miler, using most of the summer midweek route. These are the results I have picked out so if I have missed you please let me know. Keith Turner added - does not appear in official results as he forgot to put his chip on, which probably means all finishers behind him would have moved down a place.....
