This is a series of X/C races for young athletes at venues close to home.

All young athletes are encouraged to turn out for this league.

It has been decided that the ladies, along with the men, will be targeting this league as their Winter season priority. The league comprises three road races, three cross country races and a relay and offers a similar standard to the Mid Week Road League. Held on Saturday afternoons with the exception of the two 5km road races which are on Tuesday evenings.

This league offers a higher standard of competition with separate ladies and mens races.
