This year both the ladies' and mens' teams will again be targeting the Chingford League as their priority for the Winter. The Chingford League will consist of three 5km races over the Hainault Olympic Cycle track, a 5m road race in Victoria Park Hackney, an end of season relay in Highams Park and three cross country races one of which is in Trent Park. This is a friendly league suitable for all standards of runners similar to the Midweek Road League in the Summer.

Race 6 is on Saturday 18 February 2012 at Victoria Park - details to follow

The race times are as follows:
  1.30pm U13 Girls/Boys (3k)
  1.45pm U15 Girls/Boys (4k)
  2:05pm U17 Girls/Boys (5k)
  2:30pm SENIOR Men/Women (7.7k) 2 laps *

Metropolitan League Winter

This is reminder that the next Met League race is Saturday 11 February at Horsenden Hill Ealing
